Welcome to WitchSlapp Print Shop & Stationery!

By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Shipping Policy
 

  • We are still a very young company (launched 11/2024) and are still in the process of refining our shipping processes.

    We thank you for your patience, and encourage customers to contact witchslapp.stationery@gmail.com to resolve any outstanding issues with receipt of their ordered products.
     

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States, but we hope to expand our shipping services in the future.
     

  • All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping provider.
     

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, holidays).
     

2. Production and Handling
 

  • Please note that we are a small home-based operation and production and preparation of each order is limited to 1-2 people at this time.

    As such, handling and production times may be longer than those of larger companies. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create your custom orders with care and attention to detail.
     

3. Refund and Exchange Policy
 

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds at this time, but may amend this policy in the future.
     

  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure that all information is correct.
     

4. Liability and Damages
 

  • We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages that occur during transit once the package has left our facility.
     

  • If your order arrives damaged, we encourage you to file a claim with the carrier directly.

5. Use of Personal Information
 

  • We collect personal information (such as your name, shipping address, and contact details) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer service.
     

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete your purchase (e.g., providing your address to the shipping carrier).
     

  • Personal information may be retained as needed for tax and accounting purposes.
     

  • We take precautions to safeguard your personal data and ensure it is protected.
     

6. Requesting Deletion of Personal Information
 

  • You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from our records.

    To do so, please contact us at witchslapp.stationery@gmail.com.

    We will review your request and delete your information where applicable, except for data that must be retained for legal or tax purposes.


7. Accessibility and Inclusion

  • WitchSlapp is committed to ensuring an accessible experience for all our customers, including those with disabilities. We take feedback regarding accessibility very seriously and will do our best to integrate accessibility features to the best of our ability.
     

  • WitchSlapp does not discriminate against any customer or individual on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.


8. Customer Satisfaction
 

  • Your satisfaction is (actually) important to us! If there are issues with your order unrelated to transit damage, please contact us within 15 days of receipt, and we will do our best to assist you.
     

9. Refusal of Service

  • WitchSlapp reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason.


10. Business requests

  • All solicitations outside of creative partnerships and order assistance will be disregarded, except where required by law.



11. Changes to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our shop page.
